Although pull rates for these "secret rare" cards are traditionally very low, it appears that the Pokmon TCG has increased the pull rates for rare cards, at least for this set
Along with this responsibility came the challenge of localizing the Pokmon cards that had already been produced in Japan
But, in my experience the pulls have been rough in Prismatic Evolutions so far
