A lot of the playable cards that trigger proliferate are single use, and its particularly rare to find a repeatable source of proliferate for less than four or five mana per activation

Its partly due to their historical significance that the Pokmon Illustrator cards are so valued

This just isnt good

I am sure I could add wording to allow for such things but the card is already on the wordy side
