I would give this card a 3 out of 5 rating, I was going to give this card much worse since it is so slow and requires so much energy but it does have an hp of 150 hp so even if you're forced to play this card early it should last okay and you should be able to use Poison Claws at least once
Re: the EX Dragon pack those data points are from me, and indicate that that there should be heavy packs that exist in the 17.5x range (heavies typically weigh .1 to .2 more than lights, and there were numerous lights in the 17.3x range)
The cost of its Move also doesnt go up much, with Metal Claw only needing two Steel Energy to dish out 70 damage
