If any of them require targets, those targets are chosen as you put the abilities on the stack, before any of those abilities resolve
However, this is all contextualput Experimental Augury in a different format and everything changes
I use Intangible Virtue, Dramatic Finale, and Teysa Karlov (EDH Teysa, anyone?) to turn those nasty tokens into beat sticks you can throw around the board willy-nilly
