The main reason for its high spot on the list is because there are currently only Excellent Alpha Chaos Orb on Cardmarket

Some sets are released under vastly different names and card lists, which makes pulling certain cards somewhat easier, but at the same time, makes select sets have the cards you actually want in higher rarities

People have been doing custom mold stuff for years so there may be some in that community who recognize the design

As for opening these serialized cards, you can only get them in collector boosters of the appropriate MTG set
