Description
Whats the best way to take it

Downregulation of SLC7A11, a specific amino acid transporter protein, can indirectly inhibit GPX4 activity by inhibiting the cysteine metabolic pathway, leading to decreased intracellular cystine levels and depletion of glutathione (GSH) biosynthesis, which, in turn, leads to the accumulation of lipid peroxides and ultimately induces ferroptosis in cells [13]

In this classical pathway, depletion of intracellular GSH and subsequent inactivation of GSH peroxidase 4 (GPX4) lead to the accumulation of lipid hydroperoxides, resulting in extensive membrane disruption and cell death (136)

Both pathways are dependent on the cellular levels of the SAM molecule, which is the most important regulator of homocysteine metabolism

They consist of multiple bioactive molecules which induce a diverse range of effects in plants such as stress reduction, improved shoot and root growth, enhanced chlorophyll synthesis, improved fruit set and yield, fruit uniformity, delay of senescence and enhanced fruit quality at harvest (reviewed in [19] and references therein)

These can include: Pain or discomfort at the site of injection Redness or swelling Itching or rash These reactions are usually mild and go away by themselves
