A limited bomb, this version of Elspeth didn't do much for other formats, however, which is why it's remained a pretty cheap card up to now
(2/5/2021) If an effect causes a creature with changeling to become a new creature type, it will be only that new creature type (unless the effect says "in addition" or similar)
Also, their prices are fair
While it wasn't the best against a creature based strategy, it usually was good enough to at least gain the caster back the one card spent casting the enchantment in the first place
Artifacts can be even harder to remove, and aggressive decks can punish black quickly, especially when its spending life to fuel its game plan
