Theres so many disturbing things about this cards art
My guess would have been it was packaged with a toy or some Pokmon cereal as an extra prize but I have not able to find anything so far
Ive never seen Gen 3 topps cards, thanks for sharing
The Pokmon franchise is also tied closely to its video game releases
As a card, it became legendary through Seto Kaibas ruthless use of it in the anime, where it functioned as a deck-destroying weapon that felt downright unfairand in real competitive play, that reputation wasnt exaggerated
