About the class

  • 1.5 hour class, pre-recorded so you can do at a time that suits you.

  • €50

Everything you and your partner need to know from the comfort of your own home.

This includes a 90 min workshop online, the antenatal booklet by email. We go through all the stages of labour, all the positions and breathing techniques to help each one, interventions, pain relief options, how your partner can be useful and how to stay as active and positive as possible. We will go through a little bit of postnatal and breastfeeding advice as well.

Please contact Caroline for more information and to sign up for this class.

Ante Natal Birthing workshops are to empower you and your partner throughout late pregnancy, the birth process and what to expect when your baby arrives.

This workshop is ideal for women in their last trimester and their partners. It gives you both an idea of what to expect in hospital, how to cope with and relax in the different stages of labour and how to feel empowered no matter what birth you have.
