Now taking bookings for new terms of pregnancy yoga starting in few weeks time...

Mondays 745pm to 915pm
and
Wednesdays 630pm to 8pm

Caroline has been teaching these classes for 15 years, while pregnant on her first baby and just loves the journey from bump to baby.

These classes are a mix of a strong flowing practice with lots of stretches to relieve backache, open up the hips and release tension in the ribs and upper body.
Each week we cover lots of tips for labour too with breathing techniques, affirmations and deep relaxation.

It’s available some mornings and afternoons and Saturday and Sundays too
