The incredible physical benefits of regularly attending and enjoying a Yoga Barre class are very well known these days. Physical benefits such as strength, flexibility, and the improvement of mental well-being are discussed often in association with this practice — and, well, they should be! however, what’s less discussed are the social benefits of yoga barre. The social benefits of yoga barre are as plentiful as the physical benefits that regularly practicing yoga can have. The Yoga Barre studio is filled with incredible women who all enjoy a high-energy workout while still having fun and bringing laughter and positive energy to each class. The studio is a safe place filled with laughter and support where friendships can be formed. Since Covid joining Barre on the Beach classes give women time to reconnect with themselves and make new connections with like-minded women.
Summer Nights:
Every year there is a much anticipated night out with everyone in the studio. Everyone dusts off their dancing shoes and lets their hair down. This is a great way for us to connect with the community outside of the studio and really helps make The Yoga Barre such a beautiful space for everyone involved as you grow and become part of the family.
Charity:
The Yoga Barre is big on giving back to the community. We love to make sure that we continue to build on that feel-good factor and giving back to those in need is so important to us. Every Christmas we hold various different classes for different charities. It creates such a buzz in the studio and we love being able to help those that need it at Christmas.
